life guard training is intense. I wanted to do it for next summer at noahs ark, but i am working full time at the nursing home and that pays more. so i stick with that....i move into my apartment on August 22nd so i need all the money i can get

as for the cold water, the life gaurd training here you need to do "polar plunge" which is basically jan. and the water is covered in ice, they make part of it not covered and u have to dive in. Tehy say its for you getting used to the fact you have to do it no matter the temp. of the water and u cant whimp out. if u cant do polar plunge, u cant be a lifeguard.

here's my surprise AFTER i took off the cast. the bruise used to be like this dark and these colors but all the way around my knee. I got the cast, it shrunk up ALOT to this. so this is alot smaller than it was. I got message therapy...they dip tissue messaged my bruise to keep blood flowing in my leg/knee. it hurt like a bitch!!! i like screamed....it really did NOT feel good at all. but it 100% helped...it healed up fast. So yes, this is what it looks like now.
Excuse the "WHITNESS" of my leg...it was in a cast so it saw no sun for a while. i have one tan leg, one white leg haha i must say it looks damn amazing in shorts

Ouch your knee looks bad, well we are doing really well i have got a new instructor you will be glad to hear lol, and she is taking it slow with me but we are doing really well i have a new routine for jumping because i don't like to canter into jumps and she says i jump better in canter and i have to start cantering and then say the days of the week out loud because the days are all the same and i have to keep the strides the same as the day its hard to explain but it works really well for me make me confident, and i have been working on our dressage as i have got a show on Thursday and area dressage competition which is great cause i have been picked to represent the pony club whoop. lol but Millie is dropping onto the bit and all that so yeah i am happy.
