i agree with the heels, but i think her release is fine. As long as she's not bumping the horse in the mouth, i'd rather see a short release and a good overall position then her throwing herself up her horses neck, which will screw up her whole body. Keep up the good work!

It just seems like it is a little short to me, but if she isn't popping her in the mouth then it is probably fine.

Oh yeah the last picture is from befroe i had the recent jumping lesson where i have been jumping shoter stirruped and releasing more. hey were from when i had steph down the time before last. I am going to get my instructor to take pictures the next time i have a lesson to show you the recent ones.

You still need to sink your weight into your heel and turn you toe out. Thinking about spreading your toes apart in your boots may help you turn your toe out in order to tighten up your lower leg and get your calf more established on your horse. Also make sure you keep your back flat.

Ok yes it looks like i am nagging but it is what i was told to do when warming up to kick with each stride i am kinda gutted that the timeing was so bad because about 5 mins after this i wouldnt be nagging but oh well
