Okayyy so I went to Dover saddlery today and I was trying out saddles because the one I have for Moby doesnt fit either of us greatly..
I told the lady that i didn't REALLY want to spend more than $2,000 on a saddle. I was trying the circiuts..yuck (thats what i have now), trying the pessoas..same old same old, time to try a new brand (I've had 3 pessoas in the past. Earlier I had been downstairs adoring the Tad Coffin (although I don't like riding in them, they sure are nice to look at).
My mom told me to try out a more expensive saddle and she'd pay the difference as long as it was under $1,000 difference, meaning I could spend $3,000 on a saddle =D. Okayy so I bought the Vega..I brought it to the barn to try on Moby and it fit him perfectly, but the flap was too short for me once I was on =( They only make one flap size..so im kinda dissapointed.
Long story short, do you guys know of any saddles that fit similarly to the Vega? I'd have to do a alot of saving to be able to go the custom route and I'm not sure I want to be stuck with my current saddle for that long. Thanks if you read it all.
