hahaha I do remember cozy!! And um the cowboy he moved  And he took Lacy cuz her owner didn't want her so then the owner bought Poco and I ended up giving up on riding for her (the owner) |

If he is only acting up in one direction I would wonder about soundness issues.
That said, he sure seems to show out, doesn't he? I think you should first get him looked over by a vet and see if anything is going on. After that, if he is the same, I'd sell him. If you aren't enjoying him and aren't making improvement, you should get something you enjoy.
It may be worth getting a trainer to put some rides on him to get him in good, tip top saleable shape so you can get something fairly quickly.
