My trainer said that i can start lightly working her again.....like just start out slowly on flat, then jump her again!!!!!!
she is finally well enough to be ridden!!! weeeeee!!!
I haven't "ridden" her ridden her in almost 2 1/2 years! crazyyy. i did some flat on her about 6 months ago, but she would come up lame the next day, so we couldn't do much....she has been pretty consistant in turnout the last couple weeks (she would make herself lame in turnout too) so yeah.....she seems to have the all clear.
ahh i am soo excited!! the main reason i really haven't been riding much lately is because i haven't ridden another horse that i have clicked with like Windy.......I ride other horses for fun, but I have kinda been holding out on jumping like hardcore and stuff again til she got better.......

aww on a sort of sadder note......she has a nasty cut like right on her right cheek bone. nobody knows how she got it, but it is pretty deep and icky looking. To me it looks almost like another horse kicked her, but i can't figure out how that would have happened, since she is in a box stall, and gets turned out solo because she is soo bitchy. My trainer said it happened in her stall, but i walked around her stall and can't find anywhere where she could have cut herself like that? i dunno....it kinda freaked me out and made me sad.
I'll try to get pictures of it to show you guys, maybe you'll have some ideas....
