Allergies?

Anyone elses horse have Allergies?
Nikita does....and they been extra bad this year. I called the vet the other day and she came out, her eyes were all swollen. She ran some test..everything came back fine, found out it was just allergies...even after her shots that cost a fortune! My vet told me shes been getting alot more calls on allergies, and its even after they get their shots.

So she gave me these drops that work like a miracle on her!!! but it needs to be put in 2 times a day!

Anyway, does anyone else horse have allergies? does it seem extra bad this year to you guys??? (I know my allergies are still going)

misty has allergies. the back of her cheek bones swell up and she looks like a chipmunk. she just got it lastyear and i was like what is wrong with my horse. so the vet came out and just allergies lol

Nikitas eyes like bulge out....i was like OMG WHAT THE HELL

One of my student's horses has allergies... when they are bothering her she flips her head a lot for no reason. The vet put her on Benedryl tablets and it has helped so much. I guess for that horse its like a allergy pressure headache or something.
