first time english guys

Yesterday I rode English for the first time. It went pretty well. All I did were some stretches and two point work, and attempted posting. The mare wasn't being consistent enough though cause she had just been jumped and cantered a lot. So it was more of a cool down attempt having me get on for the heck of it haha. I'll be doing all english soon cause were going to enter in some shows next year hopefully. Here are some pictures!

how did you like english? I didn't realize you had never done it before.
haha I vaguely remeber how hard it was to learn how to post. Seriously after a few lessons it is sooo easyy, just comes natural.

I really liked it! There's more to it for me then western at this point because I don't have anyone to teach me all the cool western stuff. and my "coach" who's basically just a friend from school but has a lot of experience wants us to start doing some shows next year if the were ready. The horse i'm working with has only done western so far, but she's only been ridden a hand full of times, so we just got a new used saddle and will start her very soon.
