I know I don't come here a lot anymore, but I felt I may as well share a couple of pictures from the dressage show last weekend.
Jack and I took 2nd and 3rd. I don't remember if I ever came here to post about him, but I started lessons on him at the new barn last summer and started leasing him in February. I don't know if anyone even remembers my first horse Belle (that was years ago), but I see so much of her in Jack.
I also don't think I posted to announce that Belle unfortunately was put down recently...they said she colicked and got twisted before anyone realized she was ill.
She's always going to have a special place in my heart. She taught me so many valuable lessons, and somehow didn't get me killed in the process.
Anyhow...this is my boy doing what he does best.
ETA: And yes, I know I'm riding in a CC. It's just the most comfortable saddle for us right now and we're just doing lower level stuff.
